A lone wildlife photographer drives beyond the last road and enters a vast, fragile world. As elephants, rhinos, snow leopards, whales, birds and other species appear across changing landscapes, her journey becomes a reflection on humanity’s distance from nature—and a call to protect the wild before it disappears.

Pengtao Zhang is an independent director and AI visual creator based in Beijing. His work explores the relationship between generative AI and cinematic language, bringing AI-generated imagery together through human-directed editing and sound design.
