Across five historical eras spanning nearly 5,000 years, the same sandy shore of the Arabian Gulf witnesses a timeless gesture of welcome. From an ancient fisherman to a modern Emirati welcoming an international cruise ship in Dubai, each generation raises a hand to greet an approaching vessel. Ships change, centuries pass, but the human spirit of hospitality remains unchanged. A poetic short film about connection, hope, and the enduring power of a simple greeting.
