What amazing tone,I tell ya besides his amazing talent that could make pretty much anything sound good,Suhr and Cornford just sound amazing together in everything ive seen and heard so far.I have a modern 24 and its amazing but my rig is tough to get that sweet jazz tone easily.Cornford seems to get there by itself..Amazing tone between the two.

it’s all so effortless to him. it’s not just the sheer technique but the total command and control that he obviously has over the instrument. and he can also groove. he has taken the term “electric guitar virtuoso” to a new level. guthrie’s just so ridiculously good that he just makes you smile or break out in laughter. he’s a freak of nature and a good one at that!

Guthrie can literally do ‘em all and do so amazingly well. I’ve just never seen another player who excels at so many different styles and techniques. Guthrie’s a musical treasure. Can’t wait for his next album!
